Alessandro Paganelli is an Italian classically trained composer working across fashion, film, and performance. Based in Berlin, he creates scores and sound environments that shape the experience of a collection, movement, or image—music conceived not as accompaniment, but as part of the work’s atmosphere and structure.

Before focusing on composition, Alessandro performed as a classical guitarist, playing solo concerts and with orchestras. That experience still informs his work: he writes with an awareness of music as something physical, shaped in time and shared with a listener. Having lived in the Netherlands and London and now based in Berlin, he has developed his practice across different cultural environments, bringing an openness to how sound can meet an image, a space, or a body.

His commissions include fashion presentations for Tony Ward, Rami Al Ali, Peet Dullaert, and Lihi Hod, presented at Paris and New York Fashion Weeks, alongside international work for ballet and award-winning documentary film. He also develops independent compositions rooted in classical form, repetition, physical pulse, and fragile texture.
